Standing Leg Exercises with Resistance Band
In this video I’m using the Theraband CLX resistance band. It comes in various strengths with the feature of having loops to make it easier to hold, either with the hands or the feet. Notice that the movements don’t have to be big to be effective. It’s more important to focus on the control of the movement versus the distance.
What you’ll need:
A light to medium resistance band
Supportive shoes
A stable surface nearby (such as a countertop or sturdy chair) for balance support
A clear, open space to move
