    This class utilizes elements of various Parkinson’s-specific programs, including LSVT Big, PWR!Moves, and Rock Steady Boxing, to focus on improving motor control and mobility for people with Parkinson’s Disease or other similar neurological disorders.

    Join this popular fitness program that’s designed to help people with limited mobility stay healthy, active, and engaged.     Working in small groups, this course focuses on improving flexibility and strength to improve every day movements while utilizing strategies and modifications to prevent injury to people with arthritis, osteoporosis, or other musculoskeletal issues. This 4 week course focuses on function versus poses … perfect for those who are looking for an alternative to the standard yoga class.
