Michele’s Approach
Michele’s mission is to keep seniors feeling strong and independent as long as possible. Her mother has been her inspiration, demonstrating her continued vitality by travelling the world despite being 87 years old. Age is a number and cannot be allowed to identify you.
step one: identify the issues and goals
What is it that you want to be able to do? Garden? Play with grandchildren? Walk your daughter down the aisle? Or simply stop falling? What do you think is holding you back? Do you feel weak or off balance? Is pain getting in the way? We’ll work with you to identify the primary issues that are getting in your way.
step two: plan the attack
There’s always more than one way to solve a problem. Whether you’ve tried physical therapy before or maybe just done your own thing, maybe you didn’t achieve the results you wanted. Let’s try a new approach. Once the issues have been identified, we can work together on developing a strategy to address them, keeping your specific goals at the forefront. We’re not doing this for us, we’re doing this for you. You’re the driver on this wellness journey, we’re just the guide to point you in the right direction and to keep you on the right path.
